The Gold Creek area is a tourist sort of place on the north side of Canberra. We have been to the National Dinosaur Museum and the Cockington Green Gardens so this time we thought we would go see the Bird Aviary.

This could be Graham’s next job.

Yesterday we visited the Canberra’s National Arboretum. I didn’t know what an arboretum was but enjoyed the time there. Read on if you want to know what an arboretum is.

Yesterday we went to the Arboretum and while there took a look at the Bonsai and Penjing collection. Read on if you don’t know what Penjing is.

Tuesday and Thursday, December 24 and 26, 2025. We experienced shopping at the busiest times of the year here in Canberra. Not something we see in Gayndah.
